Who should enter: Barristers who act for freeholders and / or leaseholders in enfranchisement and / or right to manage matters.

– Depth of knowledge and expertise applied to cases within the last 12 months and/or contribution to residential leasehold and commonhold Law Reform
– Challenges that were met and overcome
– Excellence in client communications and quality of service
– Professional development and leadership skills
CHAMBERS OF THE YEAR

Who should enter: Chambers who act for freeholders and / or leaseholders in enfranchisement and / or right to manage matters, including service charge issues.
ELIGIBILITY
All Chambers.
JUDGING CRITERIA
– Why were the last 12 months an excellent year for your chambers?
– Evidence of successful lease extensions / collective enfranchisement / right to manage applications handled
– Evidence of business development – client acquisition and retention
– Details of excellence in client communications
– Evidence of staff development and training initiatives including size of team, and how you motivate to increase productivity and retention
PRACTICE MANAGER OF THE YEAR
*This is an award category for an INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE
Who should enter: Individuals within those Chambers, or firms of Solicitors or Valuers with a specialist practice area of enfranchisement and/or right to manage matters who are employed for the purpose of strategic development, hiring and training administrative staff, keeping records and ensuring the practice is compliant with industry regulations.
